Printing

We manufacture digitally printed jerseys using the sublimation printing method. We use large-format printers and high-quality inks. This combination allows us to print jerseys with full-color imagery in top-notch quality. The finished products are heat-pressed, which increases the durability of the print. Through heat pressing, it becomes virtually indestructible.

Embroidery

We use multi-head embroidery machines to create high-quality embroidery, appliqué embroidery, 3D embroidery, and embroidery combined with sublimation printing. Embroidery can be applied not only to traditional t-shirts but also on polo shirts, towels, caps, jackets, or other unconventional materials like softshell or sturdy polyester fabrics. We also embroider backpacks, sports bags, and certain types of luggage.

For DTF (Direct to Fabric) transfer printing, we use the most advanced FEDAR production line to print on cotton, polyester, or finished textiles. The result is soft to the touch, durable, and colorfast. The method of printing through transfer film allows for the creation of logos and fully colored designs. High-quality handling of fine details and transitions.

very fine and pleasant to the touch. It is knitted to be higly stretchable in width but not very stretchable in lenght.  This fine, stretchy fabric has tiny openings in its structure for better sweat evaporation. Thanks to its weight, you won´t even feel it on yout body. It excellently follows the body´s curves.

Thanks to its compressice nature products made from this material have a perfect fit and provide optimal support during movement. It is soft to the touch, ensuring comfort during wear. Additionally it is resistant to pilling, maintaining its appearance even after repeated use.

Breathable compressive material. Thanks to these properties, product made from this material fit perfectly. It is soft to the touch and resistant to pilling.

Care instructions

  • Wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C – we do not recommend higher temperatures, as it could damage the jerseys.
  • Try to wash the jerseys as soon as possible after they get dirty.
  • We recommend turning the jerseys inside out before washing.
  • Use regular laundry detergents.
  • Do not leave the jerseys in the detergent for an extended period. 
  • Do not use fabric softener – it clogs the fabric's pores, reducing breathability. 
  • Air-dry jerseys by hanging them freely; do not use a dryer or other heating elements.
  • Ironing is not necessary as we use wrinkle-resistant materials. 
  • The materials are not resistant to mechanical damage, so be careful, especially when handling sharp objects, tools, and dry zippers."
