Order Process

Contact us by email, or through the form.

It is our highest priority to produce yout order without error.
Our orders are custom made and cannot be returned.
Orders require the submission of our order planner and roster form to insure order accuracy.
Please follow our order process. 

How does the ordering process work?

Reach out to us by email by email (info@acejerseys.com), or through our contact form.

By using our Order Planner.
You will provide us with the information needed for us to price quote your projects.

We will create a graphic layout of your project and send it to you via email.

You will check that all aspects of the graphic preview is correct (colors, sizes, logos). If not, you will inform us about the necessary changes.

Once the artwork layout is considered good for production, you can confirm your approval.
The confirmation must be in written form.

You will provide us with a final list - quality, sizes, names, and numbers on our roster form.

After the agreed delivery time and payment we can produce your order.

Complete the Order Planner.
(This detail the construction properties of your project). Complete ALL the sections of information required for contact, billing and shipping.
Then select the check boxes to indicate to us the how you want your selected uniform items to be constructed. 
When completed,
Select Save as > Save the file in .pdf format please add the team name to the file name.
Example: AceSports_Order_Planner-TeamName.pdf

Complete the Roster Form.
Complete the roster form for your sport.
Be sure to enter all the Names, Numbers, Sizes nad Quantities for each product and color way (Light, Dark, Alternate) for you chosen products.
When completed,
Select Save AS > Save the file in .xlsx format please add the team name to the file name.
Example: AceSports Roster_Form-TeamName.xlsx

Preparing Artwork. (Your Design Ideas)
Gather all the artwork files needed to communicate to us how you want your uniform look.
We will then prepare the graphic layouts for your approval.

Submit Documentation.
Send the completed ORDER PLANER, ROSTER FORM and ARTWORK FILES by meail to orders@acejerseys.com
Note: Order production can only begin after we receive the completed Order Planner, Roster Form, Approved Production Artwork and Payment.
