WHEN TO START THE ORDER PROCESS

            It is never too early to start on your uniform project. First time orders (new orders) will require time to develop artwork. Developing artwork is a two step process. First Concept Artwork and then Production Artwork. The time it take to develop concept artwork depends on the individual customers needs. The artwork development phase can be completed well before a teams roster is set. Timely planning will allow us to produce orders within our production timelines and meet the customers delivery needs.

 Below we have provide important information that you may need to consider when deciding to begin the order process. This should be considered based on your team or organizations delivery needs.


 

SINGLE TEAM ORDERS

Ready Concept Artwork – 1-5 days (depends on customers design and color requirements)

Ready Production Artwork – 3-5 days after concept artwork approval

Production Samples  (if required add 3-4 weeks after production artwork authorization)

Order Production – (After roster submission and production artwork authorization or production samples)

Full Sublimation Orders up to 6-8 weeks

Embellishment Orders up to 10-12 weeks

Order Transit Time – 5-7 days

 

SMALL ORGANIZATION ORDERS

Single Team Orders – This is the time it takes for us to produce your order. The production clock can start after the production artwork is agreed to by the customer and we have a submitted roster for the order.

Small Organizations Orders – It is important to remember the time it takes to develop artwork, production samples for orders and transit time is not considered production time to produce any order. To insure that your order is delivered when needed, please align your order delivery dates with our order production time lines. It is also important to consider Delivery transit time if you order delivery is time critical.

Large Organization Orders – This is the time it takes for the shipping company to deliver from our production facility or warehouse to your local dealer or the customers doorstep. This time can vary from 3-7 days depending on you location. By default we ship ground service. Should you need other shipping arrangements they can be made prior to order expedition. All shipping charges standard or expedited will be added to the order invoice.
