YES. Color matching is possible for all sublimated orders and large cut and sew orders. We only require a small color swatch sample to be submitted for matching. (5 inch by 5 inch material swatch sample size) These samples allow us to use optimal lighting conditions to thoroughly color match. This process will add time and can take up to an extra 2 weeks to prepare your order for production. Important: Please be aware the color matching process is only required for the initial order. Reorders of same artwork will not have to go through this process again. In some cases an exact color match is not possible, if that occurs, we will provide the best color swatches for you to choose from.
Our custom uniforms are MADE TO ORDER. Order errors are costly and expensive and all aspects of the order MUST BE CORRECT THE FIRST TIME. The construction and coloring process of sublimated apparel varies between manufacturing companies. This is due to the use of printers, sublimation papers, inks and materials from different suppliers. Because of this there is very often a difference of color output. This cannot be avoided but must addressed. Please be aware the color matching process is only required for the initial order. Reorders of same artwork will not have to go through this process again.
YES You can submit and use a logo that you created. We use graphics in vector format, including *.cdr, *.eps, or *.ai. Non vector logos will have to be recreated in proper vector format for production. If these formats are not available and CCM Custom Uniforms must redraw the logo, a one-time artwork charge may be applied to accomplish this. This fee will depend on the logo complexity and time required to reproduce any non-vector supplied logos. Cost for any artwork that CCM Custom Uniforms is required to purchase to complete a customer design will be added to the order invoice. The 3D Uniform Builder will accept non vectored logos for display, but these logos will have to be redrawn into vector format suitable for production. If using non vector logos in the 3D Uniform Builder for best results use logos with a minimum of 600 DPI.
